How to upload photos to Virtual Memories

When you contract with Virtual Memories, we will create a "photo album" for you in our on-line gallery. You will receive an email with your username and password. Only you and Virtual Memories can see these images.

Visit our Virtual Memories gallery, select the Login link in the upper right corner, and enter your username and password.

• Select Add Items from the left navigation bar.
• In the File field, click Browse to find the image on your PC.
• In the Caption field, type in a brief title or description, if desired.
• Do this for one to four images.
• To add more than four images at once, select More..., which is found under the last caption, to add another Filename / Caption pair to the screen.
• Click Add Items

Click Back to Album in the lower left navigation bar to see your images. Click on a thumbnail image to see a medium-sized version of the image. The original size is not viewable to conserve bandwidth, but it is most definitely uploaded. Repeat the above steps until all your images are uploaded.

If you need to, select Rearrange Items to do just that. Follow the instructions on the page. Select Edit Captions to do just that. Follow the instructions on the page.

Log out and you're done!
